We couldn’t be happier with Melany’s care for our senior dog Skye! From the very beginning, her communication was excellent - she kept us informed and made sure we felt comfortable leaving our furry family member in her hands. Skye can be a bit anxious in new situations, and he did have a small accident initially due to stress. But Melany was incredibly understanding and patient, taking the time to help him settle in and feel at ease. Her calm, caring approach really made all the difference for our sensitive senior pup. What really impressed us was how thorough Melany was in showing us the local dog parks where she planned to take Skye. It gave us such peace of mind knowing exactly where he’d be spending his time and that she’d chosen safe, appropriate spots for an older dog. The sweet photos she sent throughout our time away were the cherry on top - it was so wonderful to see Skye looking happy and relaxed. You can tell Melany genuinely cares about the pets in her care.
