Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over Nancy en zouden haar zonder twijfel opnieuw vragen om op onze huisdieren te passen. Ze heeft 24 uur, inclusief een overnachting, op onze hond Juno en onze kat gepast, en alles is perfect verlopen.
Omdat PetBnB nieuw voor ons was, had ik per ongeluk een fout gemaakt met de boekingsdatum. Nancy was hierin ontzettend flexibel en dacht direct mee om alles op te lossen. Ze is bovendien vooraf helemaal naar ons toe gekomen voor een kennismaking, wat we erg prettig vonden.
Tijdens haar verblijf hield ze ons goed op de hoogte met berichtjes en leuke foto’s. Ze reageerde altijd snel via de app, was vriendelijk, proactief en stelde zelf vragen wanneer iets niet helemaal duidelijk was. Ze is zelfs langer gebleven dan afgesproken om ervoor te zorgen dat alles goed geregeld was.
Bij thuiskomst troffen we een keurig net huis aan en een blije, ontspannen Juno die duidelijk heel goed verzorgd was. Nancy komt op ons over als een betrouwbare, zorgzame en betrokken oppas. We kunnen haar van harte aanbevelen en hopen de volgende keer weer een beroep op haar te mogen doen!
